The following exercise we will perform is called an Arnold Press. Hitting the muscles in the shoulder and the triceps. Or you about need for this exercise is: a set of dumbbells where exactly the same and the bench.

For the bench you need to make sure that the back is upright. Take a seat on the bench and make sure that your back is flat upright against the bench and then take and put them on top of your thighs. You can then use your thighs to help boost them into position so you do not put too much strain on your back.

Then you need to bring your arms into your chest. Make sure your wrist is facing your body and your elbow is level on top of the wrist.

Take a big breath in rotate out and press up. Then slowly bring the weight back in rotate back in, inhale, exhale, rotate the weight back out and repeat.

When you’re finished with the exercise place the dumbbells back on your thighs, and carefully place them back on the floor.
