How To Do An Alternating V Up

The following exercise we will perform is called an Alternating V Up. Working all the muscles in the core. The Abs and Oblique Abdominals. Lay with your back on the ground like a starfish.

There are two ways to perform the exercise the first one a tougher version is to use your core to drive your upper body and rotate as you meet opposite limbs in the middle.

Left arm meets the right leg and the right arm meet the left leg.

If this is slightly too difficult you can make it easier by: driving through the arm on the opposite side. This way you move with slight help from your upper body.
